1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

2 COVID-19: Evidence session with the Minister for Health and Social Services
2.1 The Committee received evidence from the Minister for Health and Social Services and his officials.
3 Motion under Standing Order 17.42(ix) to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of this meeting
3.1 The Committee agreed the motion to exclude the public from the remainder of today’s meeting.
4 COVID-19: Consideration of evidence
4.1 The Committee considered the evidence received and agreed to write to the Minister for Health and Social Services.
5 Inquiry into the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak, and its management, on health and social care in Wales: Report 3 - Impact on the social care sector and unpaid carers: Consideration of draft report
5.1 The Committee agreed the report subject to minor amendments which will be circulated and agreed via email.
